3. User Accounts

Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Account Types

The Service offers different account types with varying features and limitations:

• Manager: Access to manage bookings, customers, and staff
• Staff: Limited access to assigned appointments and customers

4. Google Calendar Integration

Authorization

By connecting your Google Calendar to Helen, you authorize us to:

• Access your Google Calendar data
• Create, read, update, and delete calendar events
• Synchronize appointments between Helen and your Google Calendar

Third-Party Service

Google Calendar is a third-party service provided by Google LLC. Your use of Google Calendar is subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for Google's services or policies.

Data Synchronization

We make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate synchronization between Helen and Google Calendar. However, we do not guarantee real-time synchronization and are not liable for any discrepancies or delays.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others
• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to spam or harass others
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Data and Privacy

Data Backup

Payment Terms

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HELEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or malware transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Helen, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

13. Changes to Terms

14. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
